Dry and Chapped Lips

This can result from too much exposure to the sun, dehydration or low sebum oils released into the skin.

You may also be lacking in folic acid and vitamins B2, B6 and B12. You could try and eat more green, leafy vegetables, potatoes, citrus fruits, liver and kidney, yeast extract.

Also using a moisturiser on your lips may help with dryness.
