Description

If the Asian ginseng is too potent for you, then American ginseng may suit you better as it is milder. 

It is believed that American ginseng may lessen the pain of childbirth and give more energy to the elderly. The active ingredients of American ginseng are thought to calm the stomach and the brain and act as a mild stimulant to vital organs. 

Both American and Asian ginseng are recommended as beneficial treatments for the elderly.
