Shop, Scratch and Win at The Friendlies Discount Pharmacy (“Conditions of Entry”)
- The promotion is shop, scratch and win at The Friendlies Discount Pharmacy.
- The promoter is Maryborough/Hervey Bay Friendly Society Chemists Ltd.
- The promotion commences on July 1st 2021 at 12:01am and completes on September 30th 2021 at 11:59pm or whenever the scratch it cards are exhausted, whichever is earlier.
- Entry is open to all shoppers at The Friendlies Discount Pharmacy, Maryborough, Tinana, Hervey Bay and Childers.
- To enter the promotion for the chance to win an instant prize , the entrant must complete the following steps during the promotional period.
- A) Spend at least $10 in 1 transaction on any goods or service excluding PBS subsidised medications in any of the above listed stores.
- B) Entrants will receive a scratch and win card at the time of purchase if they have spent $10 in 1 transaction. The bonus is on the entrant to request the scratch and win card if not automatically provided.
- Only 1 scratch and win card will be provided per transaction regardless of the transaction amount.
- Only 1 scratch and win card will be provided per person per day.
- The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read the Terms and Conditions and that redemption of a prize is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry.
- Winners will be shown immediately if they have won by the message on the game card.
- The probability of winning an instant win prize is 1 out of 4.
- Printing and other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.
- Instant win game materials are void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
- Instant win prizes must be redeemed by 31st October 2021.
- No part of the instant win prize is exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

- Maryborough/Hervey Bay Friendly Society Chemists Ltd (hereinafter referred to as ‘The Friendlies’ or ‘we’ or ‘us’ or ‘our’) is conducting a car giveaway by way of a lucky draw (hereinafter referred to as the ‘competition’) for individuals.
- The competition will commence on 1st July 2021 12:01am and will conclude on the 27th September 2021 at 10:00am.
- The competition will be drawn on 27th September 2021 at 10:00am, with the winner contacted immediately by either phone or email.
- Information on how to enter the competition and details of the prize form part of the terms and conditions. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- Entry into the contest is open to residents of Maryborough and Hervey Bay Queensland Regions over the age of 18 years.
- For the purposes of the competition, immediate family is defined as the following: spouse, de-facto spouse, child and step-child or any other family member that resides in the same residence.
- We are giving away a 2021 MG3 car valued at over $17,000.
- To be eligible to enter the competition one must fill in an electronic entry form either online or instore.
- Every entry has an equal and fair chance of winning the car.
- If the prize is unclaimed for longer than a period of 2 days from the initial draw and all reasonable attempts have been made to contact the winner, we will conduct a redraw and a new winner be announced.
- The winner will be required to attend Maryborough market day on September 30th 2021 between 10:00am and 11:00am to claim their prize and to avail themselves for marketing purposes.
- Participants shall be allowed to enter the competition given the following:
12.1 They agree to the terms and conditions of the competition outlined on this page.
12.2 They correctly complete the personal details required at the time of entry.
- The car involved in the competition that is being given away is the property of The Friendlies.
- By accepting the Terms and Conditions, the Participant agrees that their participation in the competition constitutes an invitation for The Friendlies to contact them in relation to, among other things, offering them entries to future draws, matters relating to their entry and to notify them of the outcome of the competition.
- To enter the competition the Participant must supply at least one method of contact and we reserve the right to send the Participant service-related communications subject to our Privacy Policy regardless of your contact preference. These service-related communications may include, by way of example only, updates to the Terms and Conditions, updates to our privacy policy and anything else required in the administration of the Competition.
- The winner hereby permits the winner’s submission, image and/or voice, as recorded, photographed, or filmed during the winner’s participation in the prize to appear in advertising or marketing thereof, in any media whatsoever and the winner will not be entitled to any fee.
